G & E Thermosolar was Established on the 8th December 1983, thanks to the drive and inspiration of Mr. George Christofi, Managing Director.

G & E Thermosolar Ltd started off in the distribution and installation of Solar Heated Panels. Gradually growing in the same field of heating the company foresaw to also enter central heating.

The company is controlled through three departments. Financial, Contracts and Technical Departments. The departments work together to achieve the corporate and functional success for the company. The company has effectively managed to become ISO 9002 certified.

Part of the company's core competence is in the distribution and installation of Industrial Catering. The company has managed to acquire rights for sole distribution with 10 of the largest manufacturers of catering equipment. G & E Thermosolar highly trained its employees in order to provide satisfactory service both in Electrical and Gas maintenance. In addition, the company also provides Deep Cleaning to Catering Equipment. Sales of catering equipment began very well, winning contracts both with the Cyprus Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the British M.O.D for the supply and installation of catering equipment on various sites in Cyprus thus increasing it's turnover as well as it's workforce.

Liquid Petroleum Gas (L.P.G) installations of bulk compounds to end-users are another expertise G & E Thermosolar has to provide. The qualified personnel whom the company has invested heavily in have given the company a competitive edge over many competitors.

The company also deals in all sorts of products depending on the customer's request. We have made this possible by meeting customer's requirements and specifications through our large database of suppliers finding specialist manufacturers to satisfy our clients.

In co-operation with an English based company (Clarence Industrial Services) G & E Thermosolar has created an Asbestos Removal Specialist company, G.S. Clarence Ltd. The primary purpose is the cleaning up of hazardous area containing asbestos.

G & E Thermosolar Ltd further created a specialised Mechanical Engineering company, Georsame Ltd.

Company's mission has always been to introduce new products to increase our business portfolio and new technology to enhance the quality of our work.

The company is pushing forward for a bigger and better future, having the advantage of the directors being of the same family trust. Their ambition is built on the relationship between the director's, given each one his own responsibility within his own field and the possibility for correct and stabile expansion. Currently the company has been awarded a series of projects that have boosted the company's prospective position in the market.
